I am trying to turn on Background Refresh for the IntelliDrive app. Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?
iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17
Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and change the setting for Background App Refresh to Allow.
My Content & Privacy Restrictions lists Background App Activity but not Refresh. As you suggested. It is checked to Allow. I’ve also updated iOS, deleted and reinstalled the IntelliDrive App, but Background App Refresh is stilled grayed in the app settings. Please let me know if you have other suggestions. Thanks!
