Hi _Araxi,

Re: Eye Tracking:
"I am unable to do anything since the tracking is not that good and it is not clicking on anything I look at".
See how to: Control iPhone with the movement of your eyes - Apple Support
Eg: says:
Before you begin: "Eye Tracking uses the built-in, front-facing camera on iPhone. For best results, make sure that the camera has a clear view of your face and that your face is adequately lit. iPhone should be on a stable surface
about a foot and a half away from your face."
and
"An onscreen pointer follows the movement of your eyes, and when you look at an item and hold your gaze steady, or dwell, you perform an action, such as a tap".

Re: "Turning Off Eye Tracking : After turning on the eye tracking system I was unable to turn it off.
Is there any way to disable this eye tracking feature?"
There's a short, third-party (non-Apple) video online that may you help turn off the Eye Tracking feature.
(If eye-tracking is still on, you need to use eye-tracking to turn it off.)
See: How To Turn Off Eye Tracking on iPhone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lf6-KD_zReU

Re: "My phone is locked"
If you still have eye-tracking on, you would need to use eye-tacking to unlock it.
or
If you’ve forgotten your device passcode, you may want to use your Apple ID and password to erase and reset your device without a computer (NB: For iOS 15.2 or later)
If you see a iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support
All the best :-)
