My iPhone 13's screen dead after software update

my apple 13 screen dead after software update

and two green line appear in top notch side.

now apple care told me that

screen dead need to replace which cost around 36000INR

my question is that why apple not taken any step for this kind of issue when arise after software update.

one plus having the same issue but oneplus replace their client screen free of cost.

why not apple take care of their users
