iPhone keyboard lagging after iOS 18 Update

Fresh after the update of iOS 18.2 on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, everything felt smooth. A few hours later everything is back as before. Again everything is very slow and sluggish.

Don’t know about your devices, but on my 16 Pro Max, after 18.2 update, one of the worst keyboard experiences is in the calculator! The app is now unusable.

Please explain this clean install process I would like to give it a go. Are you talking about an erase all files and settings, connecting to a pc, and downloading the firmware? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m mostly on my iPad Pro (iPadOS 18.2) and it’s lagging bad. Sometimes the emoji keyboard comes up blank. Same problem in my iPhone 13 Pro. I never had this issue until 18.2. On either device.

... like all the weird typos & other things the phone happily accepted and now keeps bugging me? Well, guess there's not much to be lost.

I never thought about doing this. I’ll give it a try. I like the idea behind autocorrect but a lot times I feel like I’m correcting the autocorrect 😅

The same issue happened to me on my iPhone 14. I updated to iOS 18.2.1, and the keyboard is also lagging. I’ve tried all the solutions available on the internet.

I also tied all possible solutions. Nothing changed
