Apple has no control over a device ban on SnapChat and cannot help you. SnapChat has chosen to ban your device and you will only be able to resolve that issue with SnapChat support. It may be a temporary ban or a permanent ban where you will no longer be able to use their service.

The people on these boards or at Apple weren't the ones that banned it. Contact SnapChat support.
