There's nothing you can do other than beg Snapchat to remove the ban.
If they banned your device (typical), then switching to a new phone will only work until they figure out you're using a new device on a banned account. Then they'll ban that device, too. And they're good at figuring that out quickly.
And these device bans are permanent. Even if you sell a banned device and the new owner sets it up with their own user account, they still won't be able to use it on Snapchat.

Sorry but Apple cannot help you remove your Snapchat ban off your iPhone as they didn’t ban you in the first place. It was Snapchat. Their bans are typically final but if you want to dispute it, contact them.

As soon as Snapchat figures out that it is you – or as soon as you repeat whatever behavior caused your account to disabled and your phone banned the first time – they will very likely issue a device ban on the new phone, too.
You will run out of money to buy new phones LONG before they grow tired of hitting the "Device Ban" button.

Yes, and likely your account. But whether you want to make such a big investment on a new iPhone to use Snapchat again, you’ll have to think about and if you value the service that much.
Snap is really smart.
Changing the phone will not help unless you set up an entirely new account.
Even then, Snap can and usually will pick up on the IP Address from the account connection after a bit and realize what is happening.
Poof. My son's friend learned this the hard way. Might have had a better chance if he had changed Wi-Fi routers and the Internet Service Provider.
How can I contact them pls

That's exactly the opposite of what I've already told you. Perhaps you should read the responses you get.
