Will Watch Series 10 work with iPhone XR ?

A very quick question: my wife has an iPhone XR and wants to buy her first watch. She's looking at a series 10, but before I buy her one I just wanted to confirm that a series 10 will pair with her aging XR. Can anyone confirm or otherwise? Thanks.

To run Watch OS 11 you need to be running IOS 18 on your phone.

If he phone will run IOS 18 you can use the Series 10

IOS will run on a iPhone XR
