MIssing Three line A (=A) on iPhone and Ipad keyboard

Installed iOS 18.0 on my iPhone 14 Pro and iPad Pro Gen 3. Missing the "triple line A" on both keyboards which would allow access to Small, Large, Bold, Italic, Jittery, etc options.

Interesting, I have also installed iOS 18.0 on my iPad 10.9" 10th Generation and the keyboard shows it.

How can I get the =A option to show on these keyboard.
