Hello, I just noticed that both FaceTime and iMessage are greyed out on my iPhone XR running iOS 18. In the Apps section, FaceTime is greyed out, and I'm unable to access any settings there. For iMessage, the on/off toggle isn't responsive, and the "Send & Receive" section is also greyed out. I'm not sure when this issue started, but I already tried resetting the Network Settings, and it didn't resolve the problem. I could use some assistance. Thank you!

FaceTime is greyed out on my iPhone 15 Pro and not in settings why? Facetime is not in setting and I cannot use it. The icon on the Homepage is greyed out with a ? and video pic [Re-Titled by Moderator]
