Last 3 days my phone was lost and I locked the phone from my find and now my phone is found then my lost data is back but I don't have my backup in iCloud for last 1 year

If you erased your phone, finding your phone does not imply that your lost data is back. You won't get any of it off the phone itself – all of that data has been wiped out.
You didn't make any iCloud backups – but were you using iCloud for synchronization at all? If you were, you might be able to access synchronized data by synchronizing another device against your iCloud account, or logging into the iCloud Web interface ( https://www.icloud.com/ ). E.g., if you had iCloud Photos enabled, your phone may have been updating your iCloud Photos library despite your failure to make backups.

If you have erased it and you have no backup the data cannot be recovered I am afraid
Can my data be recovered from find my device if erase did it
