New Tapbacks ios 18

When I imessage my boyfriend and use tapbacks, the tapback is on the top of the message I tapback to and the emoji I chose is surrounded by a blue bubble. If he does it to me it shows up on the bottom of the message and has no blue bubble, just the emoji he chose to tapback with. He sent me a screenshot it's on the bottom for him as well. I like it better when it's on the bottom with no blue bubble... how can I make mine do that too?
