Iphone 16pro: After ios 26 update, i am facing an issue in whatsapp: back to chat button is getting hidden if there is a whatsapp call goin on. Its not allowing to go back to chat.

WhatsApp isn't an Apple product. It's a Meta product and Meta has some of the buggiest apps out there. They have to update their apps multiple times each month and when they fix one thing, they seem to manage to break something else. But Apple can't fix apps not owned by them, so you need to reach out to WhatsApp and make them aware.
Apple makes changes to iOS and UI and it breaks apps. Apple made developer iOS available last June. If Meta doesn’t update their apps there’s nothing Apple can do. You’ll need to talk to Meta support.
I agree, Whatsapp is not an Apple product. But before iOS 26 upgrade, it was working absolutely fine on my iPhone 16 Pro. It should work when after iOS 26, upgrade the same way it was working before. I should not go to Whatsapp. We should think the compatibility of application while upgrading the OS.
