Business whatsapp problems in IOS 26

When I'm in a call in business whatsapp and if I want to go to the previous chat, I couldnt see the back button. When I contacted the whatsapp customer care and after every troubleshooting, they finally say that it is the IOS 26 problem.

WhatsApp Business is extremely laggy on iPhone 12 — scrolling freezes and messages delayed I’m using an iPhone 12 for WhatsApp Business and the app has been extremely slow. Scrolling through chat conversations lags badly, and messages take a very long time to send — sometimes up to 40 minutes before they actually go out. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, updating iOS, clearing storage, restarting the phone, and every other possible solution I could find, but nothing works. This is really frustrating because my workplace relies heavily on WhatsApp Business for daily operations, and we manage around 20 WhatsApp Business accounts, so this lag and delay issue is affecting our customer communication seriously. My colleagues using newer iPhones don’t seem to have this issue, so it appears to be specific to the iPhone 12. Kindly let me know if there is any fix or workaround for this. Thank you.

This is a well noted issue with WhatsApp. A new version of WhatsApp was released just several hours ago. that makes 4 updates in the last 7 days. Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. If the issue persists please contact WhatsApp support team. Meta/WhatsApp developers are responsible for maintaining compatibility with updates to a devices operating system.
