I upgraded my Mac Studio to Sequoia 15.0. Messages are intermittently syncing with my iPhone 13. Sometimes, they show up on both, and other times, they don't.
This is especially annoying when invoking two-factor authentication.

Update your 3rd party VPN software if you use one. ExpressVPN has a new version for Sequoia with a new checkbox in Preferences - General to allow Apple Services to bypass the VPN.
Thanks all for your responses. I tried all these methods. Ultimately, I completely erased my internal drive and did a clean install of Sequoia and all my apps, and several issues have been resolved. Apparently, the problem has to do with the lazy "upgrade" installation.
I switched iMessage off and on again in the app settings for Messages on my phone, then signed out and back in again in Messages on my Mac, and everything seems to be working just fine again.
Switch both FaceTime and Messages off and on. Hope that clears up the problem
