Phone app notifications problems

does not show contact names for SMS messages or calls on the lock screen. It just shows as their number, and appears as normal with their name as soon as I unlock my iPhone. Is this a new privacy setting or something and is there a way to change it?

If someone calls me and the phone screen is locked, "phone" will be written instead of displaying the name of the caller. And when the lock screen is opened with a face, the name of the caller is also shown.
