I don’t have the option to arrange tabs by title after updating to iOS 18

Long press the Tabs at the bottom of the screen, as if I have opened 33 Tabs, and it will display "33Tabs". Long press it and it will appear. iOS18 just changed its position.

If these are my options, where exactly is the mythical ‘arrange tabs’ section???

that worked. But also, why did Apple not have that info for this query???? I know I’m not the only one that was struggling.
