Question regarding a recovery app and in my case it's imyfone d back and imobie

So recently i downloaded these two apps on my Windows as i had to recover some photos back which were deleted by me a day ago so I downloaded it and opened this apps it asked me to connect my iphone through usb cable and to press "trust" when a pop up comes on my iphone which i didnt do as I thought it might get viruses or malware on my iphone so I clicked dont trust and then removed my iphone from cable and then deleted these apps

Here my concern is do these apps might have my data accessed when i connected my iphone via cable or might have my information like apple is or passwords or up address or have my cloud data on their device or is these apps are genuinely safe to use or not
