Genius Bar by appointment

Hi I need an appointment with an expert to remove software I’ve downloaded onto my iPhone and Mac.

its called tenorshare4iu

it won’t allow me to restore my iPhone from an iCloud back up.

it bypasses the option to join the internet each time I restore and I believe it is on my Mac which is causing the issue and also has my Apple ID password so is somehow able to prevent this restore.

it tried to charge my Apple account each time I restore my phone and I’m scared that I may loose my iCloud and all my apps/ watsapp etc.

currently only able to book taxis to the store via a friend and all my cards have been cancelled by my bank’s as a result.
