Apps seem to have red notifications with crazy numbers ie. 2500 but when I open the app grouping, none of the apps have actually any pending actions. This happened after updating to iOS 18. I have a screenshot but don’t know how to post it. I hope this was clear. Thanks any help appreciated

See if a forced-restart clears this:

Hold that third button press until the Apple logo shows, continuing to hold it past any sliders that might appear.
To post a screenshot from your camera roll, use the image insertion button (that looks vaguely like a landscape) among the controls at the bottom of the reply window. Select the image from the popup shown.

In Notifications , turn off group notifications . To post on Screenshot : at the bottom , tap the three dots in a circle , in the icons that appear the third one ( looks like a picture) is the one you want to tap . Then you will see directions to continue .
