How do I get my photos I restored on the iCloud.com app to my camera roll?

when u delete all photos from camera roll and recently deleted, then u go to iCloud.com and go to recently deleted album to restore the images where do they go after restoring and how do you transfer them to the photos app?

I bought an iPad recently and bought the lowest storage there, since my iPad cannot handle all my photos I decided to delete all the photos I had since I thought it was connected to my iCloud on my phone and in general, not realizing it was deleting all the photo's, I then proceeded to delete them off of the recently deleted album in the photos app . I then went to here to try to find a solution to get all my pics back, however, I logged onto my iCloud.con and went to my recently deleted photos and restores them all BUT whenever I would reset my iCloud on my phone the photos are no where to be seen. How do I get my photos I restored on the iCloud.com app to my camera roll? SOMEONE PLS HELP ASAP
