Why are "@imip.me.com" adresses created

Why does apple generate an unique email address (I.e. xxxxx@imip.me.com) when an apple user is sending me an invite for a meeting instead of his/her actual email address!?

Issue is that the invite doesnot show up in my agenda. (Gmail shown in Apple iOS Calendar app)

As a result, I see a whole list of xxxxx@imip.me.com addresses if I want to add him/her to a meeting I create.

why does my family organizers name show up in my emails Whenever I email someone my moms (family organizer) name shows up to the person I sent the email to. Instead of receiving an email from “Jerzie” it shows up as Rhonda. My Apple ID is my name so I’m not sure why it does this. Does anyone know how to change this?
