Your Mac is on a very, very early version of Monterey, what I believe was the very first release. My first suggestion would to try and get it current. The current version of Monterey is 12.7.6 so your system is very far behind.


If you can't upgrade or problems continue after upgrading, post back with details including the model of Mac you're working with and whether the crashes only happen with a specific app such as Notes, and someone can probably help further.
