i can’t put ge’ez into the input sources, it’s not there

What exactly do you see when you go to system settings > keyboard > text input > edit > all input sources and click on the + button at the bottom and type amharic in the search box there?

i can’t add the ge’ez kefa font into input sources

Fonts don't work like that. When you type with the right input source, the Kefa font is automatically used in the document. For example: አስድፍግህጅክል
