How do I get my locked Apple Account back?

my phone got an activation lock and i try to sign in but i can't so i find the way to reset password after that when it direct me to the recovery account page but the account have been locked, later im finding for another way but it going to the page recovery mode again when i sign in i told me "this account have been locked" again. pls help me i just a minors T-T i hope someone can help me

As from the article I referenced, you can go to this website:


https://iforgot.apple.com/unlock


and put in your information and request access to your Apple ID be restored. If you can get back into your Apple ID, you can then log into iCloud.com with your account and be able to remove Activation Lock from your iPhone.


If that fails, then only Apple Support could help:


Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support (VN)


and they will require proof that you are the legal owner of that iPhone. If you are unable to regain access to your Apple ID and you can't provide such proof, usually in the form of a valid purchase receipt for the iPhone showing your name (if you didn't buy the iPhone, whoever is shown on the receipt would have to be the one to contact Apple) and the serial number of the phone, then there will be no way you can get Activation Lock removed and that iPhone is now useless.
