I have multiple email accounts on my ipnone 13. But I am not able to send or reply to any email using my hotmail account.

I have multiple email accounts on my ipnone 13. But I am not able to send or reply to any email using my hotmail account. I am however able to send emails from gmail and icloud. I am able to recieve emails from hotmail but just can respond back to them using hotmail. I even tried deleting the account and adding it again to the phone. Still no fix.
