Hulu Live Tv in Apple TV app

When I’m on the Apple TV app, I have live sports in my up next section. When I click on a game to watch, it will only give me two options on how to watch such as, NBC sports and Sling. However, the game is available with my Hulu LIVE tv subscription. Is there anyway to connect my Hulu Live TV to show up in my how to watch options?

Hulu does show in my how to watch section for movies and tv shows. It’s only the live games that it doesn’t.

Directv Stream Is it possible to link Directv Stream to the Apple TV app such that the shows I watch on Directv Stream show up in Up Next? I shows me sports events but won't allow me to watch them with the Directv Stream app. I've given all the normal privileges to the two apps.
