iPhone 16 Pro Max Screen Unresponsive

I don’t want to argue with others. Just I m sharing my difficulties .But I want to ask you, why doesn't Android have problems with these three apps? It doesn’t seem too bad for me .That's why I don't want to return it or send it in for service.

I can't offer anything when it comes to Android. They are two completely different operating systems. But if the issues are with Meta apps, they are the entity who needs to address the issue with their apps. Apple has NO control over 3rd party applications. They don't have the legal right or ability to do anything inside the app with their code.

I have been experiencing other anomalies. Siri has activated a number of times without initiation and my music has stopped then suddenly played a YouTube video that I previously played a long time ago. Even the letters I press on my digital keypad will manifest the wrong letter and I know that I have pressed the right letters. Therefore, I am constantly editing posts and checking for spaces. It’s annoying. To tell the truth I have been experiencing many subtle issues like this for a while. I hoped apple intelligence would fix the problems, but the situation is now strongly suggesting that I should get a refund.

Just bought a 16 pro max today and am incredibly disappointed as I’m having lag/unresponsive issues, it’s not a problem with apps as some say, it happens on my Home Screen and is happening as I type this now, months after release and still not fixed.

To give an example of the annoying lag on the 16 pro max screen’s responsiveness, it took me 4 touches of the “sign in” button to get into this forum and near on 2 mins to write this text due to letters/space bar not responding.

Come on Apple… this is an expensive phone yet probably an easy fix for your tech guys!!

My iPhone 16 Max pro screen today went blank and completely unresponsive. It just wouldn’t work and I was trying to Apple Pay a bill. So I tried to reboot the phone and accidentally called emergency services, so not only could I not pay the bill but I nearly called the police to the restaurant!! I hope Apple fixes the unresponsive screen issue soon :-)

I bought a iPhone 16 Pro Max 2 days ago. The camera auto focus sensor was defective so I swapped it yesterday. Now the touch screen is sometimes unresponsive. Will I get a new issue every time I return it. What is this 😂

That's unsatisfactory, should have replaced the phone. You just lost the water resistance. It had an IP68 rating, which means it can withstand water immersion up to 6 meters deep for up to 30 minutes. Stick it in a cup of water tell us what happened?

Unresponsive Screen: IPhone 16 Pro Max

I reported this issue one month after receiving my phone. Apple ran diagnostics on my phone and said, nothing was wrong with my phone. I have now, had my phone for four months. This trouble continues.

When I’m typing on the screen- letters are just left out or hitting enter/send - it won’t. I have to constantly go back and correct the spelling. Most recently, the screen will not respond at all. This issue has persisted and has gotten worse.

I didn’t have any issues with my iPhone 15

I have reported the unresponsiveness issue when I first got my phone around 2 months ago, my first iphone. After updates it became less present but the issue still remains I think. But, I am here to ask another question. Could please someone tell me how to fix phone becomes extremely louder when I am typing or doing something that makes noise and simultaneously notification received. I change app etc but doesn't really fix for a 30 sec or something then it becomes normal. Is that a bug? If it is why the heck they are not fixing it? I had 3-4 updates since I got it and I am still having the issue.

Yes me too and I am about to return it. It’s been 3 hours of use, reset 2x and it’s awful

It's not just the Max, I have the iPhone 16 Pro. What is going on Apple?
