Face ID not working on iPhone after iOS 18 update

Actualice el dispositivo, y cuando se reinició el face id no funcionaba, según el soporte decía que había que restablecer el face id, mi sorpresa fue cuando le di restablecer y aparece el mensaje que está activado el modo robo, por ello no puedo restablecerlo y dice que espere 1 hora, para que se desactive la ubicacion segura ya sea de mi casa o la del trabajo, ya paso la hora y sigue bloqueado, entonces tengo el celular de sujeta papeles por que no puedo acceder a nada y necesito acceder a mis datos para poder trabajar.

Bought my brand new IPhone 15 Plus about a week ago, updated it to 18.3.1, once out of the box. Face ID worked fine until a couple of days ago. Haven’t dropped my phone, I take extremely good care of it, almost obsessively. When I picked it up after 2 hours of not using it, Face ID stopped working. I tried everything the internet has to offer, contacted Apple Support and they said that it doesn’t appear to be a hardware issue and that an iOS update MIGHT fix the issue. To me also it’s hard to believe that it may be a hardware issue since the phone is new. I really do hope the next update will fix this. I quote: “It’s not an IPhone without Face ID”

Just downloaded ios 18.4.1 and face recognition has stopped working. I've gone into settings and figured out how to turn off the stolen feature but when I go to reset face recognition the camera turns on to map my face then abruptly turns off saying not available try again later.

Mine stopped working after ios 18.5 update. Iphone 13 mini. I shutt it down, restart it, norhing. I tried to reconfigure it, my face is in the square limits, nothing happens. I won't do a factory reset, clesrly this is an issue with the update

I have an IPhone 16e, I contacted support that asked all the usual questions and tried everything but that is it, no solution. I have reset my Face ID, have disabled it and enabled it again and started all over and the problem persists. Definitely a systemic issue. Please APPLE get it together

I am having the same problem. I tried doing it again by setting up an alternate ID but it won’t recognize my Face ID at all

Same here. My front camera also coming and going. And I can't take any photo from front camera.

This does not work. I shut down and restarted 3 times. There is a bug in the update.

I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max. My face ID stopped working too for no reason. Tried new setup too, but did not work. Seem to not recognise your face when trying to re setup too. What a sick joke Apple???

Im having the same problem as many people are. Face ID just stopped working and I tried to reset and it won’t recognize my face at all. What do I do?
