my apple series 7 watch just shut down for not reason will it restart ? what is trick?

I have apple 7 watch. Last night for no reason known to me it shut off.. battery is charged. I can not get it to turn back on.. is there a trick to this.. is my watch just broken? please help ?

Try a force restart. Hold both the Digital Crown and side buttons together and keep both pressed for about 15 seconds. Hopefully you’ll see the Apple logo. Release the buttons when you do.
