I am updating to a new iPhone 16 Pro Max from an iPhone 15 Pro Max and it seems to be stuck on "Cellular Setup Complete" screen after transfering old phone number to new phone

I got stuck on the eSIM activating screen. I powered down. Waited a minute, turned back on and I was good. Could try force restart if powering down seems stuck too
