Airpods 4 bass reduction and distortion at high volume

in my airpods 4 a significant reduction in bass response at high volume levels (above 75%) and sound get distorted.

Airpods max bass problems I am not sure if this problem is a firmware/software problem or a hardware problem. I have had my AirPods Max for almost a year and a half now but just today after the renewal of my apple music, I could clearly notice that the bass is drastically reduced. (to the point where there are only mids and high frequencies) I did not tweak any of the audio settings as it was set as default. I tried resetting it and reconnecting/pairing it but it does not work. does anyone have some similar sort of issue?

airpods pro 3 sound problem on heavy bass I’m having issues with my AirPods Pro 3 on some songs with heavy bass The sounds is like the speaker what’s to go out and that cannot handle the heavy bass ,something similar like scratching noise it’s like putting too much power in to the speaker and what’s to explode and the sound is louder then the song and is make me take out from the ear i don’t know if is a software problem or a hardware problem but I send them to get repaired because with AirPods Pro 2 I never had this problem the AirPods should be able to handle all types of music
