Can I replace my iPhone 15 Pro Max with battery damage after 3 months of purchase

I bought my iPhone 15 Pro Max three months ago. Since the day I bought it, the battery wasn't that good. Yesterday, my phone died three times. Today, I saw the side of my screen, and it was popped. I charged it, and it stopped at 70% cause of overheating, and when it went to 64%, my phone died again. I opened it and it was 10%. I went to the Apple store, and they told me my battery was smelling bad, it might explode if I used it much time, and to back up my phone, close it, and bring it back the next day so they could fix the problem. While backing up my phone, it was overheating again, and my screen was popping more. I was scared and immediately closed my phone. I have a warranty until June 2025. I would like to know if I can replace my phone

That is the sign of a swollen battery. I recommend you take your iPhone to your nearest Apple Store for repair. In the meantime, do not plug in or use your iPhone, as stated, a swollen battery is dangerous.
