IPHONE 15 - REJECT & BATTERY SWELLING

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to express my deep disappointment with the quality of the iPhone 15 that I purchased from an MTN store on January 3rd. As a long-time Apple customer, my family and I have always trusted in the brand's reputation for superior quality and reliability. However, the recent experience with this product has left me profoundly disappointed.
Upon inspection, it has become apparent that the battery of the iPhone 15 is exhibiting signs of swelling. This is deeply concerning as it not only compromises the functionality of the device but also raises serious safety concerns. I believe that such issues are unacceptable, especially considering the premium price point and the trust we place in Apple products.
As a loyal customer who values Apple for its commitment to quality, service, and warranty support, I am disheartened by this experience. I firmly believe that a manufacturing company of Apple's caliber should take swift action to rectify such issues and uphold its reputation for excellence.
I kindly request that you initiate the necessary steps to either provide a replacement iPhone 15 or issue a refund for the faulty device. Additionally, I would appreciate any assistance you can offer to expedite this process and ensure a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
MTN has mentioned that it would take 3 weeks before I can potentially get a new phone...this is unexpectable as my phone is my financial income and bread and butter!
