Delay in iPhone 13 Swollen Battery Repair at Authorized Service Provider (Switch Plus - Smouha, Egypt)

Hello Apple Support,

I’m reaching out regarding a repair case for my iPhone 13 (Swollen battery) that I submitted to Switch Plus Smouha branch, an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Alexandria, Egypt.

I delivered my device on [19/06/2025], and until now, the status remains "in progress" with no clear update or estimated completion time. This delay is causing a serious disruption to my daily use and work.

I have been around 2 months without my phone that is totally affecting my work and my sociality and even though I don't for how long I will wait.

This is my first experience with iphone and it's too harmful for me, As I didn't find a good product as this is a manufacturing defect and even though I didn't find a good service repair or customer support that should be helpful.

I’d appreciate it if you could check on the repair status or escalate the case, as I’ve already contacted the provider multiple times without resolution.

I would like to request Apple’s assistance in either expediting the repair, offering an alternative solution, or investigating the delay.

Thank you for your support.

We can't help you. We are not Apple. We don't have access to Apple's systems. Contact the manager of the service provider you took it to.

If the phone was originally sold in a different country, it probably had to be shipped to the country where it originated for service.
