Google device policy not downloading on iPhone

Hi,

My organisation requires me to enable Google device policy on my mobile to access company data. I am accessing this from iPhone 16, iOS 18. However, when I sign into my Google account with my company email address on Google Chrome, I am prompted to download the policy, I click download and I receive the following pop up:

I follow the prompt and safari is enabled as seen below:

I visit the Safari app and login to my Google company profile but I am not prompted to download the Google Device Policy profile. I revisit Google Chrome and I receive the same prompt as seen above.

If I download the Google Device Policy app from the App Store, I am prompted to uninstall it and download the profile from the pop up prompt in the web browser. This is an endless loop that is preventing me from accessing company resources.
