Hello~ Click on below and read more about the Activation Lock…

As the others here mention you can’t bypass this feature and no one here nor Apple can remove it. Return it for a refund or drop it off at a local law enforcement agency. In your position…I would not keep it.

You do not.

You "have no idea of who the real owner is" – so you don't have the credentials the phone is asking for. Nor will Apple remove the Activation Lock for you under these circumstances. The Activation Lock will stay in place – to protect the interests of the real owner, as Apple designed it to do.

If you found this phone somewhere, turn it in to a lost & found department at a nearby store, shopping mall, or police department. Maybe the real owner will come looking for the phone and will get it back.

For starters, where did you get this iPhone? Activation Lock, a security feature that prevents unauthorized use of your iPhone if it’s lost or stolen, is also exploited by third-party sellers, selling the iPhone practically unusable to unsuspecting buyers.

You don’t know who the owner is, neither do we or Apple. Next time, buy from Apple or an Apple Authorized Retailer.
