Hello, I recently bought 2 pairs of AirPods Pro model 2019 (A2083). Is it normal that they both have the same serial number? Are these genuine if Apple support recognises the serial number?

Every set of real AirPods will have its own unique serial number.
Fake AirPods can have a serial number that was copied from a real pair of AirPods.
If you have 2 different sets showing the same serial numbers, they are fake.

That is not the Serial Number, that is the Model Number. It’s very common for the same product model to have the same Model Number, while Serial Numbers are unique to each and every device.
From what I have found, your serial number is for a product that has been replaced.

They both have the serial number, which is why I wanted to know if they are authentic.
