Bluetooth being turned on by someone else

My Bluetooth is being turned on and used by someone else. It is used mostly for our smart TV and is using screen mirroring on my control panel. I do not use screen mirroring and cannot get rid of it. I read that your iPhone can be seen by doing this.

Help unlinking Whoop Bluetooth devise This whoop Bluetooth device showed up and it will not disappear, even when the forget function is implemented. Also, when network settings are reset, it does not leave. What a mystery. Any one know how to get rid of it? my device is an apple iPhone 13 max.

Your bluetooth cannot be turned on or used by somebody else. It just can’t happen. And I have no idea what you read, but is nonsense.
