sim failure

Overnight after updating to iOS 18 I woke up with my phone in SOS mode. I have done all the typical troubleshooting restarting the network, turning off and on, airplane mode off and on, I contacted Verizon and couldn’t verify account because they want to send a text and I have no cell service. I have an iPhone 13 Pro

I’ve turned airplane mode on and off. I’ve tried resetting my cellular data, but the only ways to do it is via QR code by a carrier or transfer from nearby iPhone. Receiving the notification “SIM Failure” several times a day on iPhone 15 Pro Max I have an iPhone 15 pro max and I kept receiving the notification “SIM Failure” several times a day for several weeks. I finally took my phone to my service carrier thinking they should be able to replace the eSIM. Nothing worked and they tried a factory reset of my phone. Now my iPhone isn’t able to add cellular service at all (and no place to add an eSIM either). Anyone else encountered this issue? Help please?
