Could not Authenticate On ios18.

After a rough Accident with my phone I changed the screen and the Face ID stopped working but it was Enabled. After the iOS 18 update, I required passcode to unlock some certain apps on my iPhone. for someone reasons I just gets a message (try passcode again) but it’s not bringing up a keypad after several attempts of clicking on the (try passcode again)

and now I can’t access my bank app, I can’t uninstall the App or delete it from settings and I can’t change passcode too because of my Face ID won’t authenticate.

what to do?
