After my latest update(WatchOS 11), my watch is not recording my VO2 levels... I double checked my setting as well but still i am facing this issue...
Any suggestions?

Erasing the watch and paring it again without using the latest backup would be the next step:

Did you try to force restart by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
Then try again to record an Outdoor Walk or Outdoor Run, using the default Apple workout app, and check the Health App after that.
Yep, I tried the options but no luck
Post WatchOS 11 updates my Apple Watch stopped recording my VO2 level.. any suggestions??
