If you have the original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple authorized retailer, Apple might be able to unlock your device. Otherwise, you’ll need the other person to unlock.
Did you submit proof of ownership; a receipt from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller?

For future reference, there is never a reason to login to your device using someone else’s ID. Please tell your friends, your family, your acquaintances to NEVER sign into their device using a different ID.
