high ram usage in mac OS Sequoia

i use macbook pro m1 8gb ram as my personal machine and macbook pro m1 pro 16gb ram as my work machine. since i updated both the machines to macOS Sequoia im facing the below error. im not sure why time doctor is using that much memory. is this s bug?

Chrome is also the fat hog at the feed trough on Win computers. However, there may be some other software interference that is triggering this.
