Enabling Merchant Tracking in Apple Wallet
I never see any orders from any merchant for which I use Apple Pay, including Apple itself. Is there some setting somewhere or should check to enable it?

Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > scroll down > Order Tracking > Add Orders to Wallet > enable settings ( green showing) if already enabled please disable momentarily and then enable again. Restart iPhone.
