My AirPods 4 feel loose in my ears
when i put them inside my ears they feel loose even if i adjust them they keep coming off my ears

I'm not sure how you are adjusting them, but did you try this?
"After placing the AirPods in your ears, twist them up at least 30 degrees so the stem is more horizontal and is sticking out away from your ears. This may not do the trick for everyone, but it's worth a shot."
