Turn silent vibration off for ring and text tone
How do I turn off the vibration ring tone and text tone on my iphone. I am missing important messages and calls

Do you mean that your phone is only vibrating and not ringing (or other ringtone)? If so check the ring/silent switch on the left side of the phone. See the following Apple article: Use the side button, Home button, and other controls on your iPhone - Apple Support
If you want it to ring and vibrate at the same time or only ring, you can change that in Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Haptics. Note that the ring/silent switch needs to be on for it to ring.
