New emoji idea
I was hoping we could get a new emoji. my idea is a guy kinda with this emoji 😏rubbing his hands like a villian. it could fall under mischievous title/category (I made and example on a software app)

They're no longer accepting requests for new flag ones; these can only be added if they're for an entity with an ISO-3166 code, and due to limited unit capacity, very few subnational ones actually have been put in.
