Move ring closes during a workout on my Apple Watch

My move ring closes during a work out. When the workout is completed it removes some of my move ring active calories but I can see them in the work out details.

Did you try to use the built in elliptical workout on your Apple Apple Watch instead of your 3rd party app?

Open the Workout app on your Apple Watch, then scroll down to -> Add Workout, search for Elliptical and tap on it to add it to the list.

Then try, if the workout type also closes your rings without subtracting anything afterwards.

Did you try to add the workout manually into the Health App, after you finished the workout?

Or did you try to use a default Apple Workout type instead?

If the manual entry in Health is recognised by the Fitness App and helps to close the rings without reducing them, your 3rd party workout app does not work correctly under watchOS11 /iOS 18
