I want to customize my notifications on the Apple Watch, but without getting it to vibrate every time.
I just want the watch to vibrate on calls, so I don't miss it.
So it would be like disable the vibration for WhatsApp, Gmail and etc...
Also, it would be great if I just got the red dot on the screen, instead of a full screen notification for them.
Can someone help?

Those are all the ways to customize notifications. But to summarize:
If you don't want to see notifications for a specific app, go to the Watch App>Notifications><App Name>Custom>Notifications Off. You can also turn off the sound there.

Did you swipe down on the Notifications screen so that you get to the apps? And in case it wasn't clear, substitute "App Name" with the actual name of the app you want to make changes for.
