Allow the ability to prevent certain apps from offloading.
Apple currently offers offloading apps based on usage. If you don't use an app for a month or so, it will offload to save storage if you have the particular setting set to "On."
However, certain important apps are only used once or twice a month, but I want to keep them on the phone. But I also want to save space for other apps.
It would be nice if you could choose "exception apps" to the offloading rule so that they will never offload.
